Is OctopusPro available in the US, UK, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Malaysia, Germany and other countries?
Certainly, OctopusPro is available for all countries without exception, including the UK, US, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, UAE, Germany, the Netherlands and all other countries.
What is included in the free trial?
The free trial gives you 14 days of access to all the features of the system and the field worker app. No credit card required. During or after your trial period, you can upgrade to the plan you wish to continue with.
If you missed the 14-day mark, you can still enter your credit card details, and access all data you entered during your trial.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to start the trial?
No, no credit card is needed to get started. You will have 14 days to set up your account before credit card details are required.
Do I need to select a plan before starting the trial?
No, you don’t need to select a plan yet. During the trial, you can test all features and the field worker app.
The only thing you won’t have access to is the branded customer-facing app, as this requires selecting the Corporate plan and requires setup time.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Absolutely, you can manage your subscription within your account. You can upgrade at any time and it will be reflected in your invoice.
If you wish to downgrade your account, you can do this at the end of your current billing cycle, which is either monthly or annual.
Are there any commitments or penalties?
No. If you choose the monthly plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time, no penalties apply. If you choose the annual plan, you save 20% and pay for 12 months upfront.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Absolutely. 24/7 chat and email support is available as part of the Established and Corporate plans.
What if my team size changes?
Your team size might change over time or even frequently.
With OctopusPro, you pay for the number of users you have. If you subscribe to the monthly plan, you will be billed monthly for the number of users your account has each month.
If you subscribe to the annual plan, you pay upfront for the number of users your team has at that moment, and any added users will be added to your bill on a monthly basis.
Can I have several admin accounts?
Yes, if you select either the Established or Corporate plan, you can add an unlimited amount of admin accounts as well as field worker accounts.
What does the field worker account include?
All your field workers will have access to both the OctopusPro field worker app and their profile within the system, which they can access in a browser.
Once you create a new field worker profile, they will receive an email to join your team and OctopusPro, and can set their own password to log in.
Field workers can manage all required functions in the app; they can accept new jobs, get directions to and from a job, communicate with customers and your office, take payments and generate invoices, and much more.
I’m an owner-operator, how can I use OctopusPro to manage my business?
As an owner-operator, you can subscribe to the OctopusPro Starter Pack, which gives you both admin access and a field worker profile to log into the field worker app.
Accept jobs and communicate with your customers via the app as a worker, and manage the backend of your business using your admin account in the system.
Once you sign up, your account will automatically include a field worker ‘General [Business Name]’
Does OctopusPro provide a POS system?
Yes, OctopusPro applies POS functionalities such as payment collection, receipts via SMS and email, customer and sales data analysis, invoicing and fieldworker management.
What is the Corporate plan pricing?
The main difference with the Corporate plan to the other plans is that OctopusPro will build a branded customer-facing app with your business name, fully customized to fit your branding (logos, colors, slogans etc.). Your app will be available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for your customers to download and use. Having your own app is a great way to stand out and retain your customers.
The pricing of the plan depends on variables such as your team size, booking volumes, and the features you need for the app and any further customization required.
